The wellbeing of employees should be high on the priority list for UK employers, with recent figures showing that in 2020-21, stress, depression and anxiety accounted for 50% of all work-related health cases. To coincide with Stress Awareness Week (9th – 15th May), the co-authors of Success Secrets for Wellbeing share their top tips for wellbeing in the workplace.
Make back health a key focus Back pain can be rather costly to businesses as it can lead to sick leave and reduced productivity.
