Nichola is extremely experienced in providing highly effective solutions for back pain. Nichola regularly provides consultancy and training services to leading UK and International companies on how to reduce and prevent back pain in the workplace as well as working with rehabilitation companies.
Nichola is passionate about recommending bespoke yet pragmatic solutions for each individual's pain experience and provides a wealth of bespoke services, from training, workshops to individual support either directly or through the support of her team.
Juliet Raine is a highly specialist physiotherapist and ergonomics consultant. She combines her medical background together with her expertise in ergonomics and deep knowledge of movement and exercise to help companies and individuals treat and prevent injuries
Juliet is a qualified physiotherapist and has a Masters in Health Ergonomics. She has since become more specialised in flexible work areas such as laboratories, factories, airports many others, where the aim is to ensure that every employee understands how to improve their own health and well-being by reducing their own risk. Juliet is also a registered member of ACPOHE and is one of a small team of specialist physiotherapists who deliver DSE Assessment training to physiotherapists.

Joanne Allpress has a Masters in Exercise Physiology and a Post Graduate certificate in Applied Ergonomics and Human Factors and has been providing ergonomic workplace assessments since 2013. She specialises in individual face to face and remote ergonomic assessments, providing education and encouraging proactive behaviour in order to reduce and prevent back pain in the workplace and at home.
She is highly experienced in providing training courses, having studied with Train the Trainer and imparting her knowledge to multiple DSE Assessors; whom have since gone on to successfully conduct DSE Assessments for a diverse range of companies. Joanne is passionate about helping solve your back pain issues and prides herself on helping the individual to understand how (and more importantly, why) your workstation could be improved.
