How to work well at home, prevent and reduce shoulder, neck, wrist and back pain by learning how to set up your homeworking office correctly.

Struggling with your home or office working set up? Learn key adaptations which will make a huge difference to your long term back health. With homeworking, in some form, being here to stay, it is essential that we take the time to learn how to set up our home working correctly, to prevent and reduce back issues from occurring. The last thing we need is to be struggling with back pain when we are already struggling with the isolation. Indeed it is far easier to deal with early niggles and tension build up than having to rehabilitate a full blown back issue. Working from home, sometimes with limited equipment, this workshop will explore why it is important to look after our backs and educate you on how to be proactive in making small but key adjustments to your home set up, so you can continue to work productively, effectively and above all comfortably. We will run through easy ways to make key adaptations which will make a huge difference to your long term back health, both whilst working at home and for when you return to working in the office. Depending on how many employees are working in the office, we will include specific tips that are applicable in both locations.
