Micro workshops for targeted back pain relief, with physiotherapy and ergonomic advice
Whether your employees are working from home or in the office, nothing is more frustration than struggling with pain. Whether they are dealing with early niggles and tension build up, or a long term chronic pain issues, we have created targeted workshops to address different back pain issues.
All too often, we see people struggling with pain, when a simple change in movement or posture, can make a huge difference. These workshops will run through easy ways to make key adaptations to your workstation set up as well as providing key exercises that will reduce and prevent these issues in the long term.
Run by a expert physiotherapist and ergonomist, we will provide an interactive session for your employees, with top tips as well as online demonstrations of rehabiliation exercises to adopt. We will be encouraging plenty of questions and participation, making it a lively workshop.
Each workshop lasts around 20 minutes. You can combine a few target areas into one longer workshop, or hold micro different sessions weekly.
