Back Pain can be exacerbated by poor posture as well as poor nutrition whether in the home or indeed back in the workplace. Learn how to eat and sit better to provide long term benefits for your back as well as over health and wellbeing.

It is all too easy to get in to bad habits, both posturally and nutrtionally, when working from home (as well as in the office). In this workshop, our expert nutritionist and ergonomist will join together to help you ensure a healthy back and body when from home. Back pain is often caused or exacerbated by poor posture and during the rehabilitation process it is essential to include anti-inflammatory foods in your diet. I often meet people caught in a viscous cycle of pain and yet it is often the case of some key changes required to enhance the recovery process, or indeed prevent the pain from occuring in the first place. So we have created this workshop to help you learn how to make healthy choices as well as understand the key vitamins that will keep your bones and nerves healthy and reduce inflammation when recovering from injury. Learn how to reduce that tension build up caused by poor posture when working, and why it is essential to learn the top ergonomic hacks when setting up to work from home. Take this knowledge back with you when you return to the office.
