DSE Assessor Training and Support Services

From Basic to Advanced DSE Assessor Training

Do you require Basis DSE Assessor training for your Managers or Advanced training for your In-House Assessors?

Basic DSE Assessment Training For Managers

We provide an introduction to DSE and Ergonomic Assessment training for Managers. This will enable them to quickly and easily identify when basic ergonomic interventions are required, such as a change in screen height or sitting posture. We will run through how to resolve issues in house, to prevent back pain from occurring and well as identifying when a specialist is required.

We will tailor it around your requirements and levels of existing expertise. We offer an express introduction, taking just a few hours, or a complete course, delivered over either a full day or two half days.

  • Training in providing homeworker assessments and how to adapt DSE training to the home environment. We will teach you how to deliver exceptional care remotely.
  • Advanced training for dealing with chronic or acute pain issues.
  • Active and agile working training on how to use workplace interventions optimally.

Provision of Clinical Assessments

Are your assessors trained in standard level DSE assessments?
If so we can provide support for complex cases through our corporate ergonomic services.
This includes assessments for issues such as

  • Pregnancy
  • Return to work following an injury or surgery
  • Chronic pain issues such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, scoliosis, slipped or bulging discs
  • Expert advice for those struggling with RSI, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Frozen Shoulder
Our assessments include unique bespoke diagnostic tools to quickly find and address any risk factors, including specific back, neck or shoulder or wrist issues, from general postural pain to chronic conditions. We only use qualified and highly experienced ergonomists who are experts in quickly getting to the root cause and providing effective solutions to resolve and reduce on-going back issues. Using our deep understanding of good posture, biomechanics, anthropometrics and psychology, we provide quick and easily maintainable long-term preventative strategies which are so key in a full recovery. We go far beyond any tick box exercise.
