The wellbeing of employees should be high on the priority list for UK employers, with recent figures showing that in 2020-21, stress, depression and anxiety accounted for 50% of all work-related health cases. To coincide with Stress Awareness Week (9th – 15th May), the co-authors of Success Secrets for Wellbeing share their top tips for wellbeing in the workplace.

Make back health a key focus Back pain can be rather costly to businesses as it can lead to sick leave and reduced productivity. Nichola Adams, the founder of Inspired Ergonomics, specialising in providing highly effective solutions to reduce and prevent back pain in the workplace says: “Covid has shone the light on the need to be human-centric, addressing wellbeing for the whole person.
