At Inspired Ergonomics, we listen, observe, identify, and resolve.
Inspired Ergonomics is a London-based specialist consultancy, founded in 2018. We deliver integrated ergonomics, human factors and neurodiversity support to UK and international organisations, predominantly Top 100 law firms and mid-sized financial services firms, alongside charities, universities and life sciences clients.
Pain, focus, sensory overload, neurodivergence, mental health and posture are interconnected, and we are one of very few UK providers built to address them as a single system rather than a series of referrals.
Every piece of advice is grounded in the biopsychosocial approach: the whole person, not just the problem in front of them.

At Inspired Ergonomics we're on a mission to reduce and prevent physical and psychological barriers to working well, through education and early identification of risk. We do this in the following ways:
