Inspired Ergonomics is a London-based specialist consultancy delivering integrated ergonomics, human factors, and neurodiversity support to UK and international organisations — predominantly Top 100 law firms and mid-sized financial services firms, alongside charities, universities, and life-sciences clients.
The need for this joined-up approach is clear: according to HSE 2024/25 data, 34.7 million working days were lost in the UK to work-related ill health. Musculoskeletal disorders accounted for 27%, while stress, depression and anxiety accounted for 52%, with the average cost per case reaching £24.2k. These figures reflect what we see every day — workplace health is rarely caused by one factor alone.
Our consultancy team is a curated collective of Musculoskeletal Ergonomists, Physiotherapists, Cognitive Ergonomists, Assistive Technology consultants, and UX Specialists. That breadth is deliberate. Pain, focus, sensory overload, neurodivergence, mental health, and posture are interconnected — and we are one of the very few UK providers built to address them as a single, coherent system.
