Think Ergonomists Don’t Care About What You Eat? Think Again!

Do you think ergonomists don’t care about what you eat?

Well, think again!

Here at Inspired Ergonomics we take a holistic approach to wellbeing in the workplace.

That means that when we talk to you about your ‘work life’, we are really interested in all relationships you have with human factors that might influence your health.

If someone is falling asleep in the middle of the day, it may have very little to do with whether their desk layout has been optimised for comfort and to reduce the likelihood of muscular skeletal injuries!

However, it might have something to do with blood sugar / insulin levels or another medical condition that might well be affected by diet.

At Inspired we are not experts in the field of nutrition, however we know how to ask the right questions and we have a strong network of experts in different areas of health that we work with. As part of our support for businesses, we offer regular training sessions in collaboration with other health care experts in order to provide your teams with the education to support staff effectively.

So whether it’s mental health awareness, diet, exercise, or supporting teams whilst working asynchronously…we have you covered.
