Eilidh is COO and Neurodiversity Lead at Inspired Ergonomics. With over a decade working at the intersection of human performance, organisational design and inclusive leadership, she is a specialist in cognitive ergonomics and neurodiversity. Her focus is translating how people think into how teams and organisations should be built. Her work brings the cognitive and organisational dimensions to the biopsychosocial model that anchors the company.
She works with leaders and strategic decision-makers on the complex challenges that connect people, systems and performance, from neurodiversity assessments and 1:1 coaching through to organisational design and inclusive leadership advisory.
Eilidh draws on cognitive ergonomics, usability, behavioural change and systems thinking, with a practice grounded in over 1,200 coaching hours across the MOD, NHS, Civil Service, Local Government, Higher Education and digital technology sectors. She approaches every engagement with rigour and genuine curiosity, turning complex problems into workable solutions, and workable solutions into lasting change.
