Are you in Tune?

As an ergonomist I see how out of place people are within their environment.

Believing in a more holistic approach, I can often see that people are not ‘in tune’ with themselves!

Working away, focusing on getting through the day, I find clients who have lost the intuitive connection with their body. They are not allowing themselves the space to hear what it is saying to them which would enable them to be able to tell as soon as something seems off with their physical or emotional state.

This is why, at Inspired Ergonomics we help clients understand more than just how to set up their workstation environment. We teach teams soft skills which empower them to re-connect with their own health properly and know how to look after themselves better. Helping them develop a set of skills that can help them find optimal health and productivity.

If your team needs a tune up get in touch to find out more about the services we offer!
