Launch Of New Back-Chat Series

Welcome to the first in our new ‘Back-Chat’ series, where Nichola Adams (MSc Health Ergonomics and Founder of Inspired Ergonomics) interviews some of Britain’s leading experts in back pain. We aim to ask the key questions on your behalf, helping you recover from any back pain conditions.
For our first episode, Nichola was delighted to have the chance to chat about backs with one of the UK’s most distinguished clinicians who has nearly 30 years experience of treating patients from around the world. Nichola travelled to the world-famous Harley Street in London to meet Greg Ryan, who is a Director and Specialist Physiotherapist at HFS clinics. In the episode, Greg discusses his highly effective approach to expediting the recovery process and offers some very helpful and practical advice to both companies and individuals concerned with back-health issues.
